Booking & Cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund
5–14 days before arrival: Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
Less than 5 days before arrival: Payment is non-refundable

Early Check-in / Late Check-Out
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available depending on our schedule. If we are able to accommodate your request, a $25 fee will apply.
No Smoking Policy
All buildings on the property are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and cannabis.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside by the firepit area only. Please ensure all cigarette butts are fully extinguished and disposed of in the firepit.
Pets
We love welcoming your furry friends! With 120 acres to explore, there is plenty of space for them to enjoy.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you be respectful of other guests and pick up after your pet, particularly in gravelled and shared areas.
A $25 pet fee per stay applies.
We also have a large, friendly farm dog named Leo who may greet you upon arrival. He is very social and generally gets along well with other dogs.
Maximum Occupancy
Room rates are based on up to four guests. Additional guests are welcome for a fee of $25 per person, per stay.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. As this is also our family home, we kindly ask that guests treat the property with care and respect.
Are you seasonal or open year-round?
Hidden Haven is open all year round. The Tiny Houses are equipped with electric heat as well as wood burning fireplaces to keep you cozy in the colder months and A/C to keep you cool in the summer. We do have electrical outlets outside to plug your vehicle in during the winter as well.
Are there bathrooms in the tiny houses?
While there are NO bathrooms in the tiny houses, we have a dedicated SHOWER HOUSE, which have private 3 piece bathrooms for each tiny house. The Shower House is just a hop, skip and a jump from each tiny house and is fully heated. Each tiny house does have a jug of drinking water and a sink for you convenience as well.

Hours
The Nordic Spa is available for guest use between 7:30 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight).
Reservations
The Nordic Spa is shared among guests and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book your 2 hour private session on our website by selecting the “Book Nordic Spa” button on the home page.
What to bring
Sandals, robes and a water bottle are provided when you book the Nordic Spa. Please wear your bathing suit and you are welcome to bring additional snacks and beverages to enjoy as well.
Age Guidelines
For safety and relaxation purposes, the Nordic Spa is recommended for guests aged 16 and older unless accompanied by an adult. Children are, under no circumstance, to be left unattended in the spa. We care greatly for the safety or your children, therefore, if we see children under 16 unattended in the spa, it will result in us asking you to leave with no refund.
Health and Safety
Use of the Nordic Spa is at your own risk. If you are pregnant or have health concerns such as heart conditions or blood pressure issues, please consult your physician before using hot or cold therapy. Guests should limit alcohol consumption while using the spa and remain hydrated.
