Booking & Cancellation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund

  • 5–14 days before arrival: Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee

  • Less than 5 days before arrival: Payment is non-refundable

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Early Check-in / Late Check-Out

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available depending on our schedule. If we are able to accommodate your request, a $25 fee will apply.

Pets

We love welcoming your furry friends! With 120 acres to explore, there is plenty of space for them to enjoy.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you be respectful of other guests and pick up after your pet, particularly in gravelled and shared areas.

A $25 pet fee per stay applies.

We also have a large, friendly farm dog named Leo who may greet you upon arrival. He is very social and generally gets along well with other dogs.
